Celebrating our 10th Year at Clerkenwell Design Week, CDW 2019 will see a continuation of our look at Well-being in the Workplace with a series of workshops and events that take a bright, energetic and colourful look at well-being.

Our Well-being Den will be open throughout with ‘Virtual Reality Meditation’ experiences and stress-busting massage stations.

Chasing
Happiness
with Neil Shah, Kate Cook, Ben Channon and Tim Stoller

We’ll bring together leaders in their respective fields to talk about happiness: what do we mean by it, what constitutes happiness and how can we improve on it? The discussion will take a holistic view of happiness and consider factors such as diet, sleep, stress as well as our interior environment. Chaired by Helen Parton, Editorial & Content Consultant

Neil Shah is the Founder and Director of the Stress Management Society and regularly appears on TV as the BBC’s featured expert on stress. Neil is the author of an Amazon #1 best-seller and his latest book ‘The Art and Science of Happiness’ will be released later this year.

Kate Cook is a Harley Street nutritionist and author. Her nutritionist training informs her philosophy that factors beyond diet, such as mental attitude, happiness, fitness, time management and sleep are necessary to the holistic mix that creates a healthy, happy life.

Ben Channon is an Architect specialised in the field of stress in the architectural community. Ben has just founded the Architect’s Well-being Forum and recently launched his first book, ‘Happy by Design’.

Tim Stoller is Commercial Director at The Happiness Index and invented the Stoller model of ‘Engagement + Happiness = Freedom To Be Human’. The Happiness Index provides an innovative and effective way for businesses to quickly gather and analyse feedback to understand staff and client sentiment.
